Mine Bombers

Mine Bombers is a multiplayer-oriented action game developed and published by Skitso Productions in 1995 for MS-DOS. The gameplay mechanics in Mine Bombers are influenced by games such as Bomberman and Boulderdash.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Mine Bombers reviews )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Skitso Productions interview )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Skitso Productions interview )
Before each game round players visit the weapon shop, where one can choose among dozens of weapons or bombs as limited by the player's cash. In the game mode, players explore mines with various hazards, and either try to find the exit in single-player, or kill the other players in the multiplayer mode. Collecting treasures brings players new cash to spend in the shop. Excelling in the game demands either killing other players or mining the largest amount of gold.
Mine Bombers was originally released as shareware, but it has been distributed since 2003 as freeware.
